Masters Of Health Magazine March 2018 issue

March 2018 issue of MAsters of Health Magazine is LIVE. Enjoy it and share with your loved ones.

Together we will be healthy!

The theme of this month’s issue is Science for Freedom and Happiness.

Science is the intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic and structural behavior of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment.

However, there is a big difference between corporate science and independent science. Without independence in science, there is no credibility. Below are some examples of corporate science:

When studies (university or other) are industry funded they are expected to achieve a certain outcome that is beneficial for that industry.

When media outlets get a large percent of their advertising from industry (e.g. pharmaceutical), independence is sacrificed.

When industry implants sit on medical journal boards, truth is often distorted

When large amounts of PAC money are given to political campaigns, influence rules.

When there is a revolving door between industry and government, influence determines the policies

To maintain integrity and credibility in science, education institutions and those working in the various fields of science must have the freedom to think for themselves and be creative.

Without freedom and happiness in science, truth is distorted and people’s wellbeing, liberties, and the environment are compromised.

Happiness comes when we feel good about something we know has integrity and is credible. Happiness inspires and promotes creativity, good health, and a sense of wellbeing.

Sustained happiness involves more than just thinking about yourself. It also requires connecting to a wider purpose and contributing to the well-being of others and the environment.

Masters of Health Magazine February 2018 issue

February 2018 issue of MAsters of Health Magazine is LIVE. Enjoy it and share with your loved ones.

Together we will be healthy!

Love! Love! Love!…all we need is love As Beatles used to sing…

The word ‘love’ originated from Old English Lufu, of Germanic origin; from an Indo-European root shared by Sanskrit lubhyati ‘desires’, Latin Libet ‘it is pleasing’, libido, ‘desire.’

The name of the City, Rome—in Latin: Roma—can be viewed as an anagram for amor.  Roma was known as the city of love in ancient times.

Love excites, inspires, motivates, warms the heart, and brings happiness.  It is the strong desire for an emotional union with another person, thing, or undertaking.  Love arouses a strong affection for something or someone with great interest and pleasure!  Blood flow increases in the pleasure center of the brain when the emotion of love occurs.

Love enjoys giving attention to another person, project, or endeavor.  It warms the heart and feels good instead of like a chore.  The two chemical reactions associated with experiencing the emotion of love are increases in oxytocin and vasopressin.  Both are very beneficial to the human body.

Thoughts of Love affects your health positively on the cellular level, and not just our health, but the health of everyone around us on the cellular level as well.  The medium  that  cells communicate with each other is  water, as our body consists of over 70% of water, for cells to communicate better, they have to be surrounded by clean live water, free of chemicals, additives and fluoride.

We welcome you to expand your knowledge and read articles by Dr. Curatola, D.D.S. on page 6, Dr. Saurheber, Ph.D on page 106, Karen Spencer on page 100.
